Expensive but well worth it
It does everything it says on the tin. Mops the floors really well, avoids obstacles, photographs and identifies them too (great for finding wayward toddler toys). Find it fits under our couch nicely so getting regular vacuuming and mopping without moving everything about all the time.
It does like to try and map outside through windows and sliding doors so need to fine tune your maps a fair bit to get it doing the right thing but after supervising it a couple of times we had it dialled in perfectly. It's also expensive but given the results we've had I'd say it's justified.
Our floors have never been cleaner and I thoroughly recommend this product.

Great item. Fixed up my chair really well. It does have small headed screws so you may need washers depending on the chair.
