TRX workouts are great for bad knees
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich I got this because my personal trainer introduced various exercises which are good for my bad knee, I’ve lost 80% of my cartilage and TRX is making me stronger and feel less pain! There’s so much you can do with TRX and can easily modify the intensity

wonderfully smelling, high quality soy wax, for a great cause
this is a wonderfully smelling, high quality soy wax candle and I bought it because it's for a great cause (it's a fund raiser, I believe for clean water in 3rd world countries) but I loved it so much I burned it all in a few weeks because I work from home during the day, so I just had to buy 2 more because I absolutely love this year's fragrance! I think it's different every year. So if your local Aveda salon still has a few of these left in stock, I highly recommend you pick yourself up one because they smell great!
