Bucilla 18-Inch Christmas Stocking Felt Applique Kit, 86108 Snow Fun

Materials issue

Have made several Bucilla kits that turned out great. The bottom of this stocking is on white felt with the pattern stamped dark in a brown color, Some stamping appears smeared and the remainder is difficult to fully cover with the floss as shown resulting in areas appearing "dirty" on the white. Will not spend effort to complete as I do not believe the final result will be satisfactory.
