Sticky....really sticky
Super stick pads...excellent
Only tiny issue is that because they are so sticky they are difficult to cut with scissors as they stick to the blades.

Easy replacement
The two minute job that actually took two minutes. However that was because the old aerial came out complete. Only minor grouse is that the mast appears to be less rigid when fully extended than the previous one.
