Perfect
Works perfectly with a couple of caveats: Make sure the "plus" (+) shaped controller is sufficiently padded to make contact with your fingers. The battery I replaced had a couple of padded strips which made it slightly thicker and pushed the + out a bit. Secondly, make sure you protect the screws you have to remove in order to get to the battery... they are TINY and easy to lose.

Handy to have!
If you can't do it wirelessly you have to do it wired. These are so compact you can leave them plugged into your amplifier so they're there when you need them.

It is what it is.
I needed this because I had to take a chance and modify the wiring to fit my application but I didn't want to destroy the adapter that originally came with the phones. It worked perfectly for my purposes..
