Everyone needs this
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich I bought this book for myself, told a friend about it and then bought it for him. It took me a while to open the book and start doing the exercises, and once I started I saw the value. Having a strong core means walking tall, sitting tall, looking slimmer, actually being slimmer and having great balance so you are better able to control your body and not fall down. I think everyone needs some form of core work and this book teaches a way that everybody can understand and incorporate.
