Singing and dancing all the way ...
I saw The Commitments many years ago, and having watched it again I'm so glad I bought the DVD. It arrived promptly in excellent condition, in plenty of time for the girls' movie night I planned. We partied and danced until nearly 5am!!!

A dark tale for the unafraid
Set in a location that I remember well, the story is powerfully and lyrically written, and the pace is compelling. Most of us know at least one woman like Nicola, Maybe feel her presence in our own characters. Particularly on a bad day. Reading this tale is like dancing the tarantella (the dance of death) in the confines of a hamster wheel. However the experience is well worth the agony and frustration. Highly recommended.
