Not worth the price.
I had another one just like this for over 6 years. It worked great, so I thought I'd get a replacement. This one, which I didn't start using until day before yesterday, has a very poor signal and drops the signal constantly. Plus, the password on the device didn't work. Luckily Verizon was able to get it to work. On top of that, it over heats. I charge it and within an hour it's dead, which I'm sure is the battery, but the lose of signal is the worst.
I'm sorry I bought this and now will need to get a "new" one from Verizon. I should have tried this before the 30 days and I would have returned it. Lesson learned, you get what you pay for.

Excellent Value!
This works better then my original one and is lighter. Must be a newer version... but no matter I am extremely happy with my purchase and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good "spray and steam" mop deal.
