At less than $10.00 each and a new generation that flash different colors, this product makes target shooting fun again.
More positive activation than Luminox as Nockturnal incorporates an actual switch/button in the recess of the nock itself. Once the LED is activated a simple slide switch on the side of the nock de-activates it compared to having to shake a Luminox nock to turn it off. In actual freezing conditions my Luminox equipped arrow failed to light when shot into a deer as opposed to a target. In all honesty, I'm done deer hunting this season so have NOT hunted with the Nockturnal nock but I will use them next deer season if they prove out on the target range.
