  The boots were shipped in the inner Freebird box with no bag or outer covering - the box was in shreds when received. The boots were also thrown in the box with no void fill, tissue paper or wrapping . The boots are suede and there are several areas on the boots where the suede has rubbed off and this was not mentioned in the listing. Good deal or not, this was not a pleasant buying experience.
