Working great for us
We already had a cordless phone with caller ID and answering system, but it was a single phone, and our other two phones did not have caller ID. I wanted to have the phone system where all three handsets are interconnected and have caller ID so I can see who's calling from anywhere in the house. I also LOVE that it has the voice ID, so I don't even have to get up from the couch or leave in the middle of a diaper change to know who's calling. Plus I can turn off the ringer in the bedroom, so it doesn't disturb sleep, but still see the antenna flashing if I'm awake and a call comes in. I love that I can store so many numbers in the "phone book" and the voice caller ID says whatever name I type in for that number. For instance, I can hear the phone ring and then a voice saying, "Call from Mom." I love it! And I like that I can set different rings for different people, so if I don't have the voice ID on, or if I have it turned down and can't hear it, I can still tell by the ring who's calling.
I also really like the intercom function between the handsets, so when I'm downstairs and my husband is upstairs, I can ask him questions without having to leave my desk.
There are still a lot of functions and things that I have not used or taken the time to figure out, but I'm very happy with the phone system as it is, and look forward to learning even more about it in the future.

What I was looking for
I was looking for 100 bottles of pink nail polish for a party with a pink theme. This was perfect. Two were not perfect, but there were 2 extras, so it all worked out.
