Chill Chest Cooler
I love you don't need ice, because that takes up some of the room. I was skeptical, but it actually works.

It is terrible.
It does not work, my car was as hot as it was before. I was excited to get it to get my car up to 20 degrees cooler, but like I said before it had no effect.
