Very informative
Tons of exercises with variations. Large photos with many many variations. Just wish it was available as a spiral bound.

You'd be surprised
Excellent gift for those needing to feel close to God. It takes the Word of God and puts in in the form of a letter to you, the reader. It also lists the related scriptures on the next page. If this is considered a Devotional, I've never read one that reads like this before. I got mine as a gift and I've wanted to give it to other women in my life when they've gone through tough times but I just couldn't part with it. I'm ordering a few copies for that very reason.

Gentle, Encouraging Teaching
A great contrast to Gwen Shamblin's WeighDown Diet. The difference is this is Grace based instead of Works based. I would recommend it to especially those who are wounded, b/c it teaches with a gentleness. I wish I had known/read this instead of Gwen Shamblin's books. It could have prevented me from a lot of condemnation. I would recommend this book along with the reading of the Book of Romans, that says who we are in Christ.
