Terrible condition
Firstly the book itself is ok, so my opinion on that would be good. However, the book was listed as very good condition. It was far from this. It looked to have water damage that has marked and damaged the cover, it had food stains all over it (it may have been a cookbook but the listing didn't mention samples) and it had writing inside where a previous owner had made notes in biro on the pages. I would have listed it as average condition at the very best.
