  The poor packaging/protection of this item when being sent to me resulted in damage to the base of the brass urn. I have contacted the seller, with photographs, showing that the poor packing and protection of the item were responsible for the damage which I've had to repair. I will keep the item, I want no refund. I only hope that the seller will take more care in future. For reasons best known to the seller he now wishes to pursue the matter with the carrier and seek some form of compensation!

  This buyer simply refused to send photos of the damaged item just a one penny size hole in the corner of a box. After several requests and offer of full refund nothing was forthcoming. Then miraculously the buyer repaired the solid brass urn and kept it but placed negative feedback. The item originally cost over £50 and was a bargain and clearly arrived without problem as he would have wanted the full refund otherwise. A clear example of what sellers have to deal with on Ebay
