yoga for beginners
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich very easy to follow as a first time yoga experience! easy but very challenging. good explanations, however, confusion on mirror effect of teaching, they were doing left side stretches when they were explaining right side for student. Got the hang of it after the third time. This video seemed the best for my inexperience with yoga, worked very well for me. I would reccomend to anyone with no experience with yoga or very little experience.

Pilates Core Challenge
1 von 2 finden das hilfreich post-op appendix surgery 4 wks. Started doing some of the exercises in DVD, against Dr's orders (6 wks.). Very good work out, just had to modify some of the more challenging ones and work my way to doing it later. I use this after my cardio workout. Mahalo Ana!
