Not what you would expect.
Windsor Newton Cotman color is manufactured in China and the quality of this set is wanting. It is s good set for a student who has graduated from Prang.

They aren’t expensive but after three watercolor blocks they’ve died.
Buy an vintage letter opener.

Good info poor visuals
This is a book of maps, while the text is interesting the pictures are the story and you can't even see the print on most of them. What is a map with out roads and major arteries, towns, cities? If they were worried about copyright infringement they shouldn't have written it. It's unreadable.
