  Item not as described. Cover has a revolting food stain on it. Should have been checked properly before sending and should have been made clear in listing and in photos. Contacted seller who merely expressed surprise.

  I'm very sorry that you were unhappy with the condition of the magazine and, yes, surprised as I'm super fussy about cleaning and checking things before I send them. We had communication where I understood that you would be returning the magazine for a full refund, but so far nothing has arrived and you won't further engage with me to help bring this to a satisfactory conclusion. I'm not sure what else I can do to improve things than to apologise and again ask you to send it back for a refund.
