Waiting for God by Joseph Marie Perrin, Simone Weil (20
Simone Weil has an essay on education in this edition that was intriguing to me. I became aware of her as a mystic during a weekend world Peace retreat, a series of conversations and meditations given by Fr. Thomas Keating (Contemplative Outreach) and Fr. Laurence Freemen (Christian Meditation). This is a book that can be picked up and placed down, with time for centering in between. A good description of Simone's life led me to find out why certain parts were removed after the first edition - a Google search gave me good information. If you want the writings of a contemplative young woman mystic, this is a wonderful book for you! A colleague purchased the last edition at the retreat bookstore for full price, and I got a wonderful price including shipping from this eBay vendor, wonderful paperback, in perfect condition. I will add this to my collection of books to pick up, ponder a bit and put down.

Gentle detangler
This is great to gently prepare hair for washing, getting out those tangles. I also use it to spread the conditioner throughout my wet hair after shampoo. Love this brush!

Save your fingernails!
