Overall a useless video
0 von 3 finden das hilfreich I used this video once, and never used it again. The girls in the video are very nice,but none of the moves are enough to even come close to a workout. I felt like I was just standing there the whole time, when j could have been doing an insanity workout and gotten somewhere. The video did get to me quickly and in good shape.
