Delivery matters
I have not yet used this starch as I started a different project while waiting for its delivery. Unfortunately the product cap seal was broken and the starch had leaked through the taping on the cap into the plastic bag that the bottle was put in. The outer box was also wet. Can't rate the product yet because, as said above, I have not yet used it.
