Maybe needs to be taken longer.
I took 1 1/2 bottles, one full teaspoon twice a day. I only had minimal improvement. I'll try one more bottle.

There are benefits but it is not as good as it should be. The injectable form is more effective
The cream doesn't penetrate through the skin as well as it should. It offers some help and can be used if one would at least want some relief at the joints. Perhaps the addition of DMSO would improve its penetration into the joint
