One of the most incredible long reach zoom lens values I have experienced.
6 von 6 finden das hilfreich Don't underestimate the results of this lens for the small amount of investment. When your long lens technique is used properly the images are astounding from this lens. Zoom ring works smoothly and the pre-set lock positions are helpful. The lens hood is easy to store reversed onto the lens. The lens performs well even at wide open but is stellar at f/8. Quick silent focusing and a very usable stabilization system that has let me shoot down to 1/160 at 600mm.
Though the lens extends out when you zoom out to 600mm the lens is not too heavy and works great for those that like to shoot handheld. If you take time to understand the what is required to get good sharp images from any lens at 600mm you will be rewarded with the same here with a lot less invested in some of the super teles that exceed $10k in today SLR market.
