Requires assistance to use, not accurate.
It is impossible for one person to fit it accurately to himself.
The sensor is in the device rather than directly adjacent to the vein. This makes accurate detection of pulse difficult at best, and the device doesn't achieve it.

Documentation inadequate.
Documentation out of date & describes a different product. Partly because of this and partly because of the tap connector design, it's hell to install.
