It's a filter
Does the job but a bit tricky to detach from uv lens protector which is always kept on the lens. I've now made a tool from a small width cable tie as ridges in the cable tie fit into the ridges on the polarising filter and when wrapped round it, it makes removal easier.

Why throw good baskets away when only the chains need replacing.
Saved me from having to buy complete basket and chains when only the chains needed replacing due to rusting through of the originals.

Toothbrush heads clean your teeth. These brushes do that. How long they will last/do the task efficiently will only be proved by use.
