excellent product. Would recommend to all looking for a large capacity mp3
well first off it was a 30gb but the seller had the description on the back covewred with velcro so... For me it was a steal. Especially since these thing run for around $150.
You have to sync it before playing media or it gives you a copryright message. The features are great. Easy to use!

Not worth the wait!
This came with a screen protector that did not fit properly. It would constantly need to be pressed back on, even after several days use.
The rubberized jacket would also push the screen film off, rendering it useless.
The icing on the cake was the fact that the rubberized part did not fit inside the plastic shell very well.
The phone and rubberized jacket were too easy to remove from the shell.

good little gadget. needs to be reset once in a while though.
battery could use more life. operation is easy. unless you have disc or link to firmware, its difficult to locate it. I have it. if anyone needs it, just email me.
gonna sell this one when my 20gb arrives.
All in all a good buy!
