  Seller refused to let me send back item even though item did not fit and there was no label stating it was a medium. She said gently used item and yet size was worn off item and could not be verified. She decided to make a case with ebay instead of resolving with me. I am a medium and it did not fit. I specifically messaged her before purchase to ask if it was a medium...she never directly said it was but that SHE was a medium. Very dissapointed with seller service and way of handling it

  I had photos of a tape measure across the shirt. I gave my bra size and dress size & this person still insists it was not a medium. What more was I to do? All my tops are mediums!!! Crazy people everywhere. Sellers beware!
