Description had no mention of this. Sent pictures & proof, yet was not willing to help at all. Links were sent from Samsung forums explaining the issue isn’t something that can be fixed by troubleshooting & that screen needed replacing but seller still doesn’t agree, of no help & not willing to send return label to send the phone back either stating that lies with the buyer. Not recommended

Great earphones
Earphones are great quality. Bass is strong and active noise cancelling works so well. Only issue is the transparency mode could be a little cleaner audio. Its quite crunchy which can give headaches after some time. Apart from that, very good
