Please ask questions before bidding or buying an item because all items are Final Sales (No Returns). Payment Information and Terms: Payments are to be received within 3 days after end of auction. Ebay will automatically open an unpaid item case on the 4th day. I only accept Paypal Payments for your protection and mine. If payment is made by check through Paypal, the package will ship as soon as Paypal has cleared the payment (3 to 5 business days). Shipping Information: I ship packages Monday thru Friday, Business days only. Items will be shipped within 2 business days of payment clearing (for echecks). Payments that are made on Fridays will ship on the next business shipping day which is Monday unless Monday is a Holiday then it will be ship on Tuesday. All packages are shipped USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate because it includes tracking and insurance. Larger Items will be mailed USPS Parcel Post based on the weight and size of the box to include tracking. I only ship Ebay Global International Shipping. Tracy Anderson dance cardio
Its hard for me since i'm not coordinated to keep up with all the different sets of moves. I prefer Tracy's non-cardio dvds.
