Good Stuff
I tried using melatonin several years ago without any noticible benefit. I began taking this Nature's Way Melatonin in Lozenge form about 1 month ago and can really feel a difference in sleepiness and relaxation at bedtime. Whether I just got older and actually melatonin deficient now or this particular form/brand of melatonin just works better, I don't know but I am very happy with the results and will buy again.
