  Ordered deodorant that came in a glass jar that was broken with tiny pieces of glass all mixed in the deodorant. It came badly packaged and when I contacted the seller they were unwilling to refund me or send a return label. They wanted me to wait thirty days for a response from usps to see what they had to say about it being broken. Most sellers would offer a refund or a return label right away but not this one. This seller is a crook and I advise you not to purchase items from them .

  He is getting 100% refund, has been told so many times. Refuses to return broken item & packaging to USPS, required for claim to *also* protect me. In 13+yrs selling on eBay, I've NEVER had ANY item break. This was 3x bubble-wrapped, I ship glass regularly. Two USPS workers agreed based on pix, heavy box was dropped on it. This man has lied, name-called, & repeatedly threatened me (his 66 buyer-only feedback to my over 1,100 w/100% positive until him). Horrific behavior, shame on him!
