33” White Pet Cat Tree Play Tower Bed Furniture Scratch Post Tunnel Toy Mouse

You really do get what you pay for in this tree
I'll start with the pros:
The tree arrived in a good box and was undamaged.
The sisal rope is firmly attached with small staples at either end of the 3 bottom posts.
The "carpet" is soft.
Now for the cons:
The alan key that came with the package to assemble the tree was TOO BIG for the bolts. It did not fit in any of the holes and thus was useless.
The 'carpet' is so thin that I can see it wearing out in no time.
The round tube that goes on the middle platform is off center and does not reach across the same length on both sides, it's almost like they cut it just a bit short to save a few pennies.
The holes in the 'carpet' that the bolts insert through to attach the legs and tube are burned and brown around the edges. This must be their way of preventing unraveling..
The bold that hold the round tube on is too thick for the threaded metal insert in the platform, so it will not screw down all the way. It sticks out about 1/4 inch. I dare not try to screw it more as it was already stripping the screw. There's also no tool included for this screw, it's a giant phillips head screw, you'll need an extra big screwdriver head that's got a short handle to get this puppy in and maybe not even then..
Overall it's a $20 cat tree, I guess you get what you pay for. I would say spring an extra $10 and get a better quality product.

SERAMIS® Pflanz-Granulat für Zimmerpflanzen, 2,5 Liter

Good product, takes some prep work before use
I do like this Seramis. It is the smaller grain version that can be used for plants with thinner roots. I did notice that it does have a lot of dust residue that needs to be washed out prior to use and because of the small particle size you need a metal sieve to do it properly. Other than that it holds moisture well and drains very quickly so roots will not rot. I would buy it again.
