  Really really poor communication days and days between response if any . Issue with item sold as new obviously not new images sent within 10 minutes of delivery. Requested collection of item as it weighs 38kg no response then more back and forth for another week again no outcome no refund processed . Ebay stepped in and sorted it out in the end now i have to dispose of a used item than weighs a ton and lost nearly 2 weeks. WORST WORST WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD ON EBAY BY FAR.
