  Outer packaging was good, plant pressed between pieces of newspaper. Root ball was very dry , should have been wrapped in damp paper. Plant nearly dead when it arrived as postage took longer than expected. Have managed to recover plant and have now potted. Looks good after some initial care and fertiliser.
