The product is fantastic but the company...
The product is fantastic but the company’s customer service is appalling
Over the period of 2 days I messaged to explain i had brought this spray gun for my husband not really sure i was buying the right one, it turns out it was perfect apart from the cup/hopper was to big for the small repairs he does and so i asked if i could get a smaller cup or adapter they eventually replied by saying this gun does not come with a smaller cup and there is not an adapter and so a return was started, with the help of a friend and much research i was able to buy a smaller cup/hopper that fits perfectly
