Not made to last.
When you go to the trouble and expense of labeling garden plants, it's because you figure you're not going to remember the name/variety of the plant as time goes by. These are flimsy and come apart easily (the plate that you write on slides off the top and there's no way to affix it more securely). This defeats the purpose of the plant tag.

Excellent
Last year I mangled most of my pecans using the traditional v shaped nutcracker. We have a mature tree with hundreds of nuts and shelling them is a big job. This Texas York Sheller does a great job of getting the nuts out without breaking them, and it cut the time in half. Highly recommend it.
