great for a day trip.

Just the right size for a mirrorless camera and a day trip on bicycle. This pack will not hold a lot, but the smallest bag for the occasion is always the best. It is thoughtfully designed and not overly fussy.

Great system. Sturdy cameras. Only one drawback.

The Bronica SQ system is a terrific alternative to the Hasselblad cameras. It is sturdy, simple and has wonderful lenses. Chief among the advantages is the Bronica's use of electronic shutter timing in the camera body. This insures that all your lenses are in perfect synch with each other, and it eliminates the repair headaches of Hasselblad's mechanical timing units inside the lenses. In addition, the Bronica is inexpensive and readily available; it is easier and cheaper to replace a broken unit than it is to fix it. The only caveat is that Bronica built a bunch of 220 backs for the wedding trade, and that 120 backs are becoming a bit pricy. Remember that 220 film is currently unavailable. If you go Bronica,be sure to get a couple 120 backs and keep them in good shape. You will find info on the web for fixing poor light seals in the backs if needed. Otherwise, the camera works about as simply and reliably as a toaster.
