Way more than just the Sound of Music,

I had not seen this in 30 years. I watched it with my 6 year old daughter and it is by far more moving and deep than I ever realized. Its a musical, and a lot of it is not realistic . It touches on subjects that we should never forget. Its not true to life but it does teach lessons with beautiful music and lyrics. Julie Andrews and Christopher Plummer can sing, oh they can sing. The cast is great. What a beautiful place to shoot a film......Yes, the hills are alive with the sound of music!

Worked for me

I began using the electrolytes while I had COVID. I feel i they kept me hydrated and now use them during my exercise routine. I like the subtle taste. I also use one packet in 24 oz of water. Directions say 7oz.

Great replacement for JBL subwoofer in a 2007 4Runner

I saw a video on you tube describing the process of replacing a blown JBL subwoofer in a Toyota 4Runner. Mine is a 2007. It was too complex for me to do, but I bought the Pioneer subwoofer and had a car shop install it for me. The sound is great and there were no issues with the installation. It certainly was less money than a JBL subwoofer. The original I saw priced at over $200 and this was only $67.88 (I think). The car shop charged me $60 to install it. I highly recommend this subwoofer as a replacement for the JBL rear subwoofer in a Toyota 4Runner.
