Good value all-rounder for quality and reliabilty
5 von 5 finden das hilfreich I bought mine as "NEW - OTHER" and saved around £70 by simply not requiring a factory-sealed box.
The equipment is excellent for the price, having the smaller, 160gb Hard drive which is quite enough for us - we download to re-writable DVD - and around £60 to £80 cheaper than the 250gb model.
Plug in and switch on, and within ten minutes it has self-tuned and is fully operational. It's a bit slow to start up when using the power save function. Having had an earlier Panasonic VHS/DVD recorder the controls are very familiar.
The picture quality is excellent, both straight from Freeview onto the TV and from DVDs.
There are bigger (and maybe better) machines but they are a lot more expensive. This is a good all-rounder for those who just want a good-quality, reliable machine.
