A helpful and compassionate read

I read part of this after borrowing the book from the library, and felt that it was tailored for me. Still have not finished it, but it's definitely an excellent book for self-examination!

Great, non-expensive tool cabinet!

I bought this as a birthday gift for my mother, and she loves it! I'm not rich, and finding one of these for a price that wouldn't bankrupt me was not easy. For the price, I honestly thought we would be disappointed in the quality when it showed up, but we were pleasantly surprised to find that it's a great tool cabinet--and not small either! I had it shipped straight to my mother's house and she was thrilled when she opened it up; it doesn't hurt that it was free shipping as well. All in all, very pleased with this purchase, and I would definitely recommend this to others looking for something similar.

Very in-depth!

I still have not finished this book, but the content so far has already helped me to self-examine and figure out where some of my issues come from. It's definitely an excellent in-depth book, and I would highly recommend it for anyone struggling with mood disorders.
