Difficult
After the interview and then the first sequence, the yoga poses seem difficult for a beginner--lifting torso of the ground in a back bend etc. Seems like yoga for the experienced. I do like the breathing instructions and this video is beautifully filmed.

Fine and Beautiful
The colors in this rug exquisitely complement the travertine marble floor in my bathroom. Very fine quality and beautiful colors and design.
