stick up no nails secure hold
stick them up anywhere do a good job saves time and a lot of bother i use them for pictures on different wall types stay in place very secure highly recommended

lose inches without trying too hard
this is the second carmen belt i have owned
i had to buy a new one after 2 years of daily use as it was worn out!!!
it helps to tone and is very easy to use
it also makes a good massager for tired muscles as you can wrap it around your legs and also wear it backwards to soothe a sore back.
i hope they are made forever one of my best purchases ever.
