  A very disappointing buying experience. The seller did not respond to messages prior to purchase. Postage was slow. The packaging was OK. The item was blatantly not as described and therefore the item was grossly over-priced. The seller did accept my refund request but then failed to process the refund and did not respond to messages once again. I don't like leaving negative feedback but I am afraid to say it was a negative experience. Improvements needed.

  Hello, I am very sorry you had a sad experience. The item is in excellent condition with a small mark, which was explained, and plays lovely. There was a mix up between my friend helping me and ebay. There were health issues at the time. It is a good price for a rare record. Best Regards Julie Ann
