Bright strings!
I've been using these strings for many years, tried others but always go back to them. They give a bright rich and earthy tone (on my 1980 sigma acoustic). The only cons are that they don't stay bright sounding as other 'coated' brands (but i often play when my hands are grubby!), and may not stand up to frequent re-tuning as others (i use standard and DADGAD), but for the price they're lovely.

If you want a dial indicator for setting up woodworking machines like a table saw,this is all you need.
