Necessary for deep healing for everyone
We have all been wounded by someone or some event.
Freedom comes from healing, not just 'moving on'.
Great book.

Needs small revision
The clasp is too close to the beads and VERY difficult to clasp and unclasp on the wrist by yourself.
Maybe put 1 more link between beads and the clasp.
The way it is it is too hard to use myself to rate it very high. It is good if you live with a friend to put it on and off for you.
