Read it!! I DO recommend it and it WAS a good value. The content made me read it fast!!
Lots of details that fill in the blanks about court people and their lives. They seem at all be interconnected family whether legitimate or not. Lettice could've been a queen as shes Wiley, intelligent, fertile, and gracious.
Fantastic book with many stories of behind the scenes and how life was lived by these larger than life characters.

Get To Know The Queens!
There is so much to learn about the Queens besides Anne Boleyn! Novels are one way, but now I'm finding historical type books that reveal even more. "Elizabeth's Rival" has great info on the half-sister, Lettice Knollys, and people & events surrounding these two. 30 pages in and I can't put it down..Nicola Tallis has done her homework!

I LOVE to read but this author is so descriptive it gets boring and I've stopped reading the 1st chapter.
