Accurate Tuning / Quick Restringing!
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich I hate the vintage "green" Kluson style tuners that came on my Gibson Les Paul. I wanted chrome, and I wanted locking, but I didn't want the big "kidney bean" shaped Grovers...
These are very close to a "keystone" shape, and the keys can actually be swapped for a true vintage keystone shape, but the standard Hipshot keys look great. Functions great, very accurate tuning, and I use a clip-on TC Polytune that is very picky.
Quick and easy string changes with the locking mechanism.
Fit was perfect, I used the universal mounting plate, although I could have just mounted them into the bottom screw holes of the stock tuners. It looks great, and functions even better!

Buy a Hercules instead...
I had to superglue the fork assembly into the mount because there's supposed to be a detent that it clicks into to hold it on the base, but mine didn't have it...neither of the 2 had it actually. My guess is from the cheap plastic injection molding used to make it.
It is well worth your money to just order the Hercules that actually has the arms that swivel down and lock into place when the guitar is hanging on it.
These are a waste of money.
