Not Hornby's finest.
As with the original Mclaren. Not one of Hornby's finest. I bought this to add to my collection, rather than a desire to purchase this specific model.

Great BTCC Collector's model
This particular BTCC Scalextric model is pretty difficult to get hold of now and it's probably more for a collector than a slot car user, because although the matt 'paint job' looks good, I'm not sure it would take too many knocks on a slot car track. The IOW Music Festival poster on the roof looks really good as well. Finally, it's probably the only Scalextric model ever to become available with Chris Smiley's name on it!

Good but not brilliant - 8 out of 10
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich Firstly: Really impressed by the speedy free delivery. The Coolbox is pretty good, given how much it costs. However, the small flap covering the switches and 2 x sockets is a flimsy arrangement and you just know it will only be a matter of time before it snaps. The only other noticeable comment worth making is; Do not expect this coolbox to keep food cold. It simply keeps items cool - but not quite as cool as we were expecting. In other words, it won't chill a nice bottle of white wine!
