  USPS failed. But seller was amazing. (Not seller’s fault usps sucks) Seller has helped us a lot with info we didn’t even know we needed first. Didn’t have to worry about anything when we got it. Packaging was good and perfect system for the price. (5 star on shipping cuz I don’t want it to hurt seller. Again not their fault, they sent it out same day I bought my item)

  Item arrived quickly and is in brand new condition. The power adapter was exactly as described and smaller than I had expected which is an extra bonus. I was looking for a travel laptop charger for my Asus Expertbook and this charger fits the bill. The seller did an amazing job in getting it to me quickly and with extra secure packaging. A+ seller!
