Stay clear.. defects in the action figure

I received the CHICA figure for my 5 yr old son for his Christmas present. Upon opening the figure I noticed the parts Continuously fell off . COUNTLESS TIMES I would snap the arms and legs into place but off they would fall.. The plastic joint sockets do not hold the pieces in properly. I bought this figure online. I bought a different figure Bonnie in a department store and the joint sockets are nice and tight. SAD to Say that my son went from excitement to disappointment on Christmas day with this purchase.
